Casper Kjølby Jensen

Casper Kjølby Jensen has a diverse and extensive work experience in strategic sourcing and procurement. Their current role is as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant at Liquid Wind where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ørsted as a Senior Sourcing Consultant in the Wind Power department from April 2021 to October 2022. Before Ørsted, Casper worked at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind for several years, holding positions as Category Manager from October 2014 to April 2021, and as Senior Category Manager from October 2017 to March 2021. Casper also gained experience as a Procurement Manager at Danske Commodities from October 2013 to October 2014, and as a Senior Contract Manager at DONG Energy in the Wind Power Capex Procurement department from June 2013 to October 2013. Casper started their career at Vestas, where they held various roles including Senior Manager in Global Sourcing Indirect Materials from February 2012 to April 2013, Manager of Strategic Purchasing from August 2010 to June 2012, and Purchase Controller from June 2009 to October 2010. Prior to their time at Vestas, they worked as a Strategic Purchaser at TDC Corporate Procurement from May 2006 to May 2009, and as a Global Purchaser and Business Analyst at Arla Foods Global Purchasing from October 2003 to May 2006.

From 1995 to 2000, Casper Kjølby Jensen attended Aalborg University, where they obtained a MSc degree in International Technology Management.
