Chad Cape has extensive experience in sales, business development, and management across multiple industries. Currently, as part of LiquidCool Solutions since December 2020, Chad focuses on providing innovative cooling systems for IT equipment. As the Managing Member of Badger Business Development since August 2009, Chad delivers consulting services to small businesses, including securing financing and facilitating business growth. In addition, Chad serves as Treasurer and Director for Wisconsin Disposal, overseeing dumpster services in the Milwaukee area. Previous roles include founding Progress Capital Group, directing channel sales at CTS, providing commercial banking services at JPMorgan Chase, and serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Chad holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Cornell University and an MBA from Seattle University, along with advanced nuclear engineering training.
