Mikko Kautto

Mikko Kautto is an experienced project manager specializing in technology sales within the sustainable textile industry at SPINNOVA® since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mikko served at Valmet from October 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing capital delivery projects for board and paper machines and leading product management for dryer sections, focusing on sales, marketing, and product strategy. Mikko's earlier career at Metso Paper from May 2003 to October 2013 involved roles as Concept Manager and Product Manager, overseeing modularity development, product competitiveness, and technical support, as well as performing structural analysis for technical calculations. Mikko holds an MSc in Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, with a specialization in applied mechanics and optimization, mathematics, and machine design.
