Robert W. Rhoades

Robert W. Rhoades has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Robert started their career as an Engineering Intern at Consol Energy in 1979. After that, they worked at ConocoPhillips as an Architect and Project Engineer from 1984 to 1996. Robert then joined DuPont as a Senior Consulting Engineer until 1998. Following that, they held positions in ConocoPhillips as Manager of the Technical Services Group - Lubricants and VP of Commercial Sales from 1998 to 2012. Robert then moved on to Phillips 66 as the VP - Commercial - Americas from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President at LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) since 2014.

Robert W. Rhoades attended Oklahoma State University from 1977 to 1983, where they studied Civil Engineering and obtained a degree in Architecture.
