Jim Kozak

Jim Kozak is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at OnPoint Analytics Capital Partners, a firm established in October 2017 that specializes in alternative investments for high-net-worth and family office investors, particularly focusing on operator-led buyouts of private software companies and real estate development and acquisition. In addition, Jim serves as an investor in multiple companies, including Fluxx, TaxCloud, Linqia, and Revel Systems, along with a board observer role at LiquidSpace. Previously, Jim held significant positions such as Managing Director at Robertson Stephens LLC and Roth Capital Partners. Jim obtained a degree in Business Management and Economics from Ripon College between 1988 and 1992.
