Marcin Hernik has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Marcin started their career as a Transportation Security Officer at the Department of Homeland Security - Transportation Security Administration in 2005. From there, they worked as a Lab Systems ITDP Intern/Intern Coordinator at Navistar in 2008. Marcin then moved on to Walgreen's as a Systems Analyst and worked there until 2010. In the same year, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a NOC Analyst.

In 2011, Marcin joined NAVTEQ (now known as HERE) as an Operations Engineer, responsible for maintaining support and WIKI documentation. Marcin then worked at Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. as a Sr. NOC Analyst from 2012 to 2014, where they gathered information on the legacy production environment and led meetings with various teams.

Next, Marcin worked at Best Food Service as an IT Manager from 2014 to 2016. Marcin managed the development of an in-house ERP solution and created testing and reporting processes. Marcin then joined Keno Kozie Associates as a Managed Services Technical Manager, where they maintained, troubleshooted, and communicated with backup tools and vendors.

Most recently, Marcin has been working at Liquidware as a Software Support Engineer since 2018. Marcin develops customer relationships, troubleshoots backend issues with various tools and hypervisors, and reproduces issues found in production environments.
