Dhanashree Ghadge has a diverse range of work experience. DHANASHREE started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Hindalco Industries Limited, where they designed a Standardized Maintenance Procedure for the hydraulic power pack, improving maintenance efficiency in the Remelt department.

DHANASHREE then worked as a Summer Intern at Excel Maruti Service Center, gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

After that, Dhanashree was a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineering Intern at CENTURY RAYON (A DIVN. OF CENTURY TEXTILES & INDUS), where they completed their final year B.Sc. project on Piping engineering.

DHANASHREE then joined Toyo Technical Services - India as a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer, specializing in computer simulations of fluid flow.

Dhanashree also had a short stint as a Project Engineer at the Government of Manitoba, where they completed a six sigma project for an "operation excellence course."

DHANASHREE then moved on to the University of Manitoba, where they worked as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant, conducting research on thermofluids. DHANASHREE also served as a Visiting Faculty member at the university.

Their most recent position was at LCBO, where they held multiple roles. First, as a Senior System Analyst, they provided technical support and analysis. Later, they became a Team Lead (Software Development - Systems and Analytics), leading projects for enhancing and maintaining Canada's largest liquor warehouse's real-time software code base. Finally, as a Software Engineer Technical Lead, they leveraged their expertise in enterprise architecture and certifications in TOGAF and ITIL to migrate legacy subsystems and devise robust technical solutions.

Throughout their career, Dhanashree has demonstrated their skills in engineering, computer simulations, research, and leadership, making valuable contributions to each organization they have worked for.

Dhanashree Ghadge completed their education in a chronological order. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree at the University of Manitoba, with a focus on Thermofluids and Supercritical water flow instability.
