Lilian Riad-Allen

Lilian Riad-Allen serves as the Senior Director of Workplace Health, Safety, and Wellness at LCBO since March 2020, where Lilian has successfully led the health and safety strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving a staff positivity rate below 2% and eliminating store closures due to outbreaks. Previously, from January 2017 to March 2020, at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Lilian held the position of Director of Mental Health Care, overseeing an interprofessional team and implementing innovative mental health initiatives that benefitted over 5,500 employers. Returning to WSIB after a Senior Consultant role, Lilian previously contributed in various capacities at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and has extensive research experience from academic institutions like the University of Toronto and the University of Guelph. Lilian holds a Master of Science in Medical Research with a Neuroscience specialization and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen's University.
