Priscilla Fraser

Priscilla Fraser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management, safety, and inclusion. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent, Safety & Inclusion at LCBO since February 2015, Priscilla oversees key areas including talent acquisition, diversity equity, workplace safety, and corporate wellness. Priscilla has previously held various leadership roles such as Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Corporate Learning & Development, where initiatives led to significant organizational improvements and accelerated talent development. Prior experience includes managing training and development programs at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and designing educational programs at Humber River Hospital. Priscilla holds a Diploma in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Western University, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from York University.
