Richard Wing

Richard Wing serves as the Senior Director of Strategy, Innovation & Enterprise Analytics at LCBO since August 2022, following a tenure at Molson Coors Beverage Company where roles included Strategy Lead for Canada and Senior Manager in Revenue Management Customer Solutions. Experience encompasses leading cross-functional initiatives and strategic transformations aimed at revenue growth and consumer satisfaction. Prior roles involved innovation and business development at STAPLES Canada, co-founding an e-commerce venture ICONIQ X Style Wear, and managing projects in custom apparel at Method Embroidery. Richard also conducted clinical research at The Hospital for Sick Children, focusing on child health. Richard holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Specialist Degree in Human Biology with a Psychology Major from the University of Toronto.
