Viktor Ilchuk is a seasoned leader in project management and technology strategy, currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario since 2021, focusing on technology transformation and enterprise architecture. Prior to this role, Viktor held key positions within the City of Toronto from 2014 to 2021, including Director of Business Transformation and Enterprise Architecture, where a structured approach to business transformation was developed, and Director of the Enterprise Work Management Program, which managed significant city initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role in the City of Brampton, overseeing IT service delivery and project management, and a Client Advisor position with the City of Markham. Viktor holds an MBA in Management of Technology and Innovation from Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as a Master's in Municipal Leadership and a Certificate in Business Analysis from Schulich School of Business at York University.
