Virginia Rozario

Virginia Rozario is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and change management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Service Management at LCBO since March 2022, Virginia previously held multiple roles at Interac Corp. from August 2012 to March 2022, including Analyst in Change Management and Operations, as well as Service Desk Coordinator. Additionally, Virginia contributed to the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in various capacities from October 2010 to July 2013, such as Webmaster for the TRS ITM program website and Analyst in the IT Help Desk.
