Paul Custance

Paul Custance has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paul is currently employed as the Financial Director at Arctoris since January 2021. Prior to this, Paul founded Lirica in April 2017, an app recognized as the "Apple App of the Day" worldwide and one of the "Best apps of 2018" on Google Play.

From July 2014 to April 2017, Paul held the position of International Finance Director at Sony Music Entertainment. Paul also served as the International Finance Manager at the same company from July 2012 to June 2014.

Before joining Sony Music Entertainment, Paul worked as a Business Analyst at Gazprom Marketing & Trading Ltd from September 2010 to July 2012. Paul started their career at PwC as a Senior Associate from September 2007 to September 2010.

Paul Custance obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, they pursued further education at ICAEW, where they obtained their ACA - Chartered Accountant degree, completing their studies in 2009. In 2016 and 2017, Paul enrolled in General Assembly to expand their knowledge, focusing on Product Management and Digital Marketing.
