Thomas West, GsD has had a varied and successful career in business development and sales. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Head of Sales at Semper Vinco Custom Apparel. In 2016, they began working at BPV Capital Management - Back Porch Vista as a Regional Consultant, having previously been an Intern there in 2014. In 2015, they Co-Founded Silkops, an order management software designed specifically for the custom apparel industry. In 2018, they took on the role of Business Development Director at Lirio, a behavior change AI platform. Thomas also held the role of Account Manager at Lirio. In 2020, Thomas became a Board Member for Virginia HIMSS.

Thomas West, GsD, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015.
