Paula Muñoz

Paula Muñoz has a diverse work experience in the education and technology sector. Paula started their career in 2017 as a Mathematics Teacher at Colegio Montahue Huechuraba, where they taught and also had a role as a head teacher. During their time there, they demonstrated proficiency in designing project-based lessons and using alternative teaching techniques. Paula also implemented new technologies, such as Geogebra and Scratch, in their classroom.

In 2021, Paula worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Colegio Virtual de Chile for a few months before transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager at Papinotas. As a Customer Success Manager, they handled a portfolio of schools and provided technological assistance. Paula also conducted training sessions for school management teams and groups of teachers using various platforms like video conferencing, webinars, and in-person sessions. Paula ensured the schools' effective use of the platform by monitoring usage and implementing actions to promote its use.

Currently, Paula is working as a Customer Success Manager at Lirmi.com, a position they started in May 2022.

Paula Muñoz obtained their Magister degree in Didáctica de la Matemática from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Tecnológica Vicente Pérez Rosales in Santiago, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero en Sonido and a Licenciado en Ciencias de la Ingeniería from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Paula has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First, Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management, Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Problem Solving Techniques, and Take a More Creative Approach to Problem-Solving, all of which were obtained in April and May 2022.
