Lisa Petrilli

Lisa Petrilli is an accomplished leader and strategist, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Higher Conscious Leadership LLC since June 2021. Previously, Petrilli held significant roles, including Head of the Medline Institute at Medline Industries, LP where an executive education institute was developed and expanded nationally. As CEO of C-Level Strategies, Petrilli worked directly with CEOs to create strategies for their businesses. In the role of Chief Relationship Officer at CEO Connection, relationship development and advising were central to supporting 250 CEOs. Additional experience includes being a Senior Strategy & Training Architect at TheSocialArchitects, authoring "The Introvert's Guide to Success in Business and Leadership," and serving in marketing leadership roles at organizations such as Marketing Executives Networking Group and Baxter Healthcare. Petrilli holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Business Finance and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
