Catherine Carlstedt

Catherine Carlstedt is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and community engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing at LISC Strategic Investments, Catherine drives marketing initiatives for an SEC-registered investment advisor with $840 million under management, focusing on affordable housing and small business development. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CMO of ACT DC, Director of Business Development and Marketing at Piedmont Fund Services, and Marketing Consultant for Acorda Therapeutics, among others. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine and Psychology from the University of South Carolina Honors College, a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Global Health from the University of South Carolina, and is pursuing a Business Certificate from The Wharton School.
