David Pascoe possesses extensive expertise in maritime operations and standards, currently serving as Senior VP and Head of Maritime Operations & Standards at LISCR since 2003. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Technical Advisor at Corbett & Holt/Gallager Marine from 1998 to 2003. David's career also includes significant positions within the U.S. Coast Guard from 1992 to 1997, where responsibilities included Commander of the National Strike Force and Captain of the Port, among other roles related to marine inspection and coordination. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Marine Pollution Advisor at the International Maritime Organization from 1990 to 1992.
