Raphael Metra

Raphael METRA has extensive experience in CRM administration and data architecture, currently serving as a CRM Administrator and Data Architect at LISI AUTOMOTIVE since August 2005, where key responsibilities include the study and implementation of Salesforce, administration and development tasks, training sales teams, and working on market automation with Pardot across multiple countries. Additionally, Raphael held the position of Manager of Datawarehouse & BI, focusing on Business Intelligence project management, multidisciplinary team leadership, Datawarehouse design for heterogeneous and international multi-ERP systems, and the establishment of key reporting mechanisms. Raphael's academic background includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in computer engineering from the Université de Technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard, where service as an educator took place from September 2008 to July 2020.
