Klaudia Bryndzia

Klaudia Bryndzia is an experienced professional in project management and process optimization, currently serving as an OT Project Manager at Lisner since October 2023. Prior to this role, Klaudia worked as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture Poland, contributing to significant projects for a multinational food processing company and a global leader in the turbocharging industry. Klaudia’s expertise includes managing diverse IT and production improvement projects, conducting process mapping, and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Previous roles at Lisner and DHL Supply Chain involved directing cost-saving initiatives, enhancing business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Klaudia holds an engineering degree in Chemical Technology from Gdańsk University of Technology, earned between 2011 and 2015.
