Joel Hintsa

Joel Hintsa currently serves in Operations at Listen Labs since January 2025. Previously, Joel worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2022 to January 2024, focusing on Private Equity, Growth Equity, Technology, Consumer, and Energy sectors. Joel began professional experience with an internship at PNC in Corporate and Institutional Banking during 2021 and also held the position of Program Manager and intern at Project Destined, involved in Commercial Real Estate from January 2020 to December 2021. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.
