Scott Harrison

Scott Harrison, JD, SPHR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Listening Ear Crisis Center, focusing on support and resources for vulnerable community members. Previously, Scott held the position of Executive Director and Chief Human Resource Officer at Valparaiso University, where strategic HR leadership enhanced employee engagement and operational effectiveness. With extensive experience as an adjunct professor in human resources and related fields at various institutions, Scott also directed human resources at WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School and Smithfield Beef Group. Scott earned a JD from Cooley Law School and a BA in Communications from Michigan State University.
