Justin Sparks is an experienced project manager and customer success manager currently working at NMR Consulting, where responsibilities include managing IT projects for the Missile Defense Agency, defining project requirements, and coordinating installations. Prior to this, Justin worked as a principal configuration analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on technical documentation for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program. Previous positions include test manager and senior ERP business analyst at Wavelink Inc., where Justin coordinated software testing, gathered requirements, and produced technical documentation. Justin also has a broad background in maritime analysis and DoDAF architecture with Intergraph Government Solutions and OASYS, respectively. Justin holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of North Alabama and a BS in Essential Geography with a minor in History.

Listerhill Credit Union is a nonprofit financial cooperative improving lives in our community. In 1952, seven Reynolds Metals employees came together to combat the growing issue of predatory lending to other vulnerable plant workers. At the time, loan sharks would lend money with outrageous interest rates and sometimes never-ending terms. With just $5 each and a passionate idea of creating a cooperative that benefited and protected each other, these seven men founded Listerhill Credit Union. Today, with its Main Office located across the street from that same plant, Listerhill Credit Union serves over 90,000 members in 13 counties with 17 branches across northwest Alabama and south central Tennessee. Named one of Alabama's Best Credit Unions by Forbes magazine, Listerhill continues its commitment in serving the local community with integrity while striving for excellence and innovation.
