Chris Thompson

Chris Thompson has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Aftersales Support & QHSE and previously as the Head of Quality & Safety at Listers Group since 2003. In these roles, Chris Thompson focuses on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and managing brand and qualitative ISO standards for prestigious brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, and BMW. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Manager, where Chris Thompson designed and maintained the qualitative ISO standards program for all Listers Audi sites. Earlier in the career, Chris Thompson worked as a Sales Executive at Coventry Audi, handling new and used retail sales. Chris Thompson holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Derby and A levels from Solihull School.
