Elisabeth Zafiris has worked in various roles since 2015. Elisabeth began their career at Toyota Material Handling Europe in 2015 as a Customer Service. In 2016, they worked as a Teacher English for Francisco Valdivieso Alvarado and as a Development Instructor for Humana Pueblo a Pueblo for six months. Since 2018, they have worked for Ring Twice as an Operations & Office manager and a Customer Happiness Officer.

Elisabeth Zafiris has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology from the University of Antwerp, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Elisabeth then went on to complete a Master of Science in Sociology at the same university between 2013 and 2015.
