Wendy Bárcena Valdivia has a diverse work experience in various companies.

Wendy recently joined Listopro in August 2022 as a Talent Account Delivery Senior. In this role, they are responsible for managing training plans and onboarding processes, tracking team KPIs, and ensuring the successful selection and closing of recruitment processes with clients. Wendy also has experience as an HRBP at Boehringer Ingelheim from August 2018 to February 2020. Their responsibilities included onboarding new hires, managing payroll and benefits, and handling administrative tasks.

Furthermore, they worked as an ambassador for the Universidad del Pacifico from August 2017 to February 2020, representing the university.

Wendy has also gained project experience at Olympus Sr Ltda and worked as an operator at Wisp Resort in the past.

Wendy Bárcena Valdivia completed their Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería Empresarial from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. Wendy attended the university from 2015 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2019. Wendy also completed a Diplomado de Recursos Humanos from Zegel Ipae, although no specific dates are provided for this program.
