Erica Legieko

Erica Legieko, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Erica is currently the Director of HR Delivery at Listrak, starting in November 2021. Previously, they worked at Genesis from 2010 to 2021, assuming various roles within the organization. Their roles at Genesis included Senior Human Resources Director, Human Resources Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Employee Relations Coordinator. In these positions, Erica demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams, and overseeing company-wide HR program management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Erica also played a key role in strategic business planning and acted as a senior-level HR business partner to the corporate employee and leadership population. Erica's expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures was evident in their responsibility for the company-wide employee handbook and HR policy and procedure manual. Additionally, they assumed responsibility for centralized leave of absence department and conducted RN exit interviews. Erica Legieko, PHR completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at York College of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008. Erica obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in June 2021. In addition, Erica Legieko also holds certifications in ProfileXT, Profiles Sales Assessment, and Profiles Managerial Fit from Profiles International, which they obtained in July 2014.
