Irene Lynch

Irene Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mobile operations and business process management, currently serving as a Mobile Operations Specialist at Listrak since April 2015. In this role, Irene is responsible for creating and submitting carrier approval applications for SMS programs, coordinating with aggregators and carriers, securing short codes, and ensuring compliance with CTIA and TCPA regulations. Irene has previously held positions such as Business Process Manager, Manager of Listrak Ignite, Client Experience Manager, and Account Manager, focusing on optimizing productivity, enhancing customer experience, and developing client relationships. Prior to Listrak, Irene worked at Stratix Systems as a Product Specialist, Project Coordinator, and Client Care Representative, and began a sales career at Inkadinkado. Irene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and an Associate’s Degree in Communications from Bucks County Community College.
