Iren Stepanyan has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles.

In 2014, they worked as a Translator for the Hamazgayin State Theatre. Iren also worked as a Freelancer on Upwork from 2014 to 2018.

From 2014 to 2018, Iren held multiple roles at the American University of Armenia. Iren served as the President of the AUA Otaku Club, managing club activities and organizing events. Iren was also a PR Manager and Social Media Manager for the Undergraduate Student Council, responsible for maintaining the council's Facebook page and promoting events and projects.

In 2016, they joined PicsArt Inc. and worked their way up to become a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Prior to that, they held the positions of Product Marketing Manager and User Engagement & Content Editor.

Starting in 2022, Iren began teaching at the American University of Armenia as a Teaching Associate, specifically in the Acting Techniques class.

In 2022, they also joined Creative Armenia as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing the Artbox Program, planning and executing promotional campaigns, creating content for promotions, and handling internal and external communications.

In 2023, Iren worked as a Growth Marketing Manager for LIT Videobooks. Additionally, they worked as a Translator for the One Shot International Short Film Festival in both 2022 and 2023.

Iren Stepanyan completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English & Communications from the American University of Armenia, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Iren then pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Translation with a focus on Language Interpretation and Translation from the same university, attending from 2019 to 2020.
