Yamada Masato

After graduating from the Graduate School of Science, the University of Tokyo, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2012 after working for a major telecommunications company and a consulting firm. He is in charge of business strategy formulation as an executive officer of Recruit Career and Recruit Jobs. In April 2021, he joined LITALICO Inc. In the same month of the same year, he became an executive officer. He is the manager of the Corporate Strategy Office.
