Olivier Pairault

Olivier Pairault is an experienced derivatives trader currently working at LITASCO SA since 2021. Prior roles include Head of Proprietary Trading at Alvean and Portfolio Manager at ANDURAND CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLP. Olivier also has extensive experience in agricultural trading from positions at Koch Supply & Trading and BlueGold Capital Management LLP, and served as Chief Investment Officer at Greenstar Commodities. Earlier career highlights include roles at Cargill as a Proprietary Trader and Risk Manager, as well as analytical roles at Morgan Stanley and BNP Paribas.
