Tonya P. Shuler

Tonya P. Shuler is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Trial Counsel at Litchfield Cavo LLP since November 2023. With extensive experience as a Partner and Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois from February 2019 to November 2023 and as an Attorney at Moore & Biser PLLC from February 2007 to January 2019, Tonya has established a strong legal foundation. In addition to legal practice, Tonya is a Dance Instructor at Charleston Salsa Club since January 2018 and has held leadership roles within the Democratic Party, including President of the West Virginia Federation of Democratic Women and the Putnam County Young Democrats. Educational qualifications include a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Marshall University.
