James Bishop

James Bishop is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Project Management Office Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Litehouse Inc. since July 2018, James has previously held positions at Unicep Packaging, including Research and Development Manager/New Product Introduction Champion, where involvement in product manufacturing processes and launches took place. James contributed to Signature Genomics from 2010 to 2014, initially as a Senior Project Manager, achieving significant cost savings through process improvements, and later as a Quality and Compliance Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier roles at Unicep Packaging involved formulating pharmaceuticals and cosmetics as an R&D Formulator/Analytical Chemist. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Chemistry from Bowling Green State University, completed in 2001.
