Kevin Costa has over 20 years of work experience in the food industry. Kevin began their career at Western Quality Foods in 2000, starting as a Laboratory Technician and eventually becoming the Lead Laboratory Technician. During their time there, they gained certifications in testing milk for drug residues and milk allergens and trained new technicians in standard operating procedures and good manufacturing processes. In 2007, Kevin joined Wells Enterprises Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they played a vital role in ensuring food safety and quality at the St. George Ice Cream Plant. Kevin helped implement and maintain the SQF 2000 code and contributed to the plant's year-over-year profitability. In 2015, Kevin joined Cacique, Inc. as a Corporate Quality Systems Auditor and later became the Plant Manager. Most recently, Kevin has been working at Litehouse Inc. as the Plant Operations Manager and has recently been promoted to Director of Plant Operations.
