Shawn Grover

Shawn Grover has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety at Litehouse Inc. since August 2012, following roles as Senior Quality Assurance Technical Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior experience includes being Operations Manager at Dade Moeller & Associates and Plant Manager at both Sartori Company and Cold Standard. Shawn Grover also held various positions at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, including Operations Manager, Quality Systems Manager, and Risk & Safety Manager, and served as Virology Supervisor at Gull Laboratories. Shawn Grover holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in microbiology from Brigham Young University.
