Ishai Strauss

Ishai Strauss is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. As Co-Founder and CTO of Barton Avenue Management LLC since April 2021, Ishai spearheads the creation of an AI-driven automated trading system utilizing Golang, Python, and GCP, among other technologies. Previously, Ishai served as a Senior Software Engineer at UnitedHealthcare, where significant contributions included architecting a microservices platform in Scala and leading front-end initiatives in React. As Co-Founder and CTO of Stellarport, Ishai played a pivotal role in building a decentralized exchange. Other notable positions include Advisory Software Engineer at Koya Law LLC, Software Engineer II at HNTB, and various roles at University of Chicago Medicine and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where foundational programming and research skills were developed. Ishai earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2014.
