Charlene Jackson

Vice President Customer Care at Litera

Charlene Jackson has a strong background in customer care and technical support roles. Charlene started their career as a Customer Application Specialist at ACTIVE Network in 2010 and worked their way up to become an Associate Director of Technical Support. In 2014, they took on the role of Technical Support Manager and then transitioned to become a Knowledge Manager in 2013. In 2020, they joined Lightspeed Commerce as the Director of Hospitality Support. Charlene then moved on to Acoustic in 2021 as the Vice President of Customer Care. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Customer Care at Litera since December 2022.

Charlene Jackson attended the University of Guelph-Humber from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Communication and Media Studies. During the same period, they also earned a Diploma in Creative Photography from the same institution. In 2014, they received a Knowledge Management Foundations: KCS Principles Certification from HDI Certified.
