Ed Empamano

Ed Empamano is an accomplished business development and alliances leader, currently serving as the Global Head of Business Development & Alliances at Litera since April 2025. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles such as Senior Vice President at K2 Services and Chief Information Officer at Dykema. Ed's career features significant positions at well-known firms, including Director of Customer Experience at Perkins Coie LLP and Director of User Services at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. With a strong foundation in management and user services, Ed also held roles at Bankers Life and Casualty Company, RR Donnelley, Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young. Ed earned a Master’s degree from DePaul University, having previously completed an undergraduate degree at the same institution.
