Gabriel Lupei has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and sales. Gabriel started their career as a Sales Consultant at S.C. Gip Est S.R.L Iasi, Romania in 2007. Gabriel then joined Dell in 2009 and held various roles such as Services Technical Support Analyst, Services Technical Support Specialist, and eventually became a Technical Support Supervisor. At Dell, Gabriel was responsible for leading a team, planning and delegating work, resolving issues, and improving efficiency and quality. In 2015, they joined Workshare as a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst until 2019. Currently, they are working at Litera as a 2nd Line Technical Support and later promoted to Lead Product Support Executive in 2023.

Gabriel Lupei obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, from the year 2003 to 2007. Gabriel also obtained additional certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation from PEOPLECERT in 2012, CompTIA A+ from Prometric in June 2011, CCNA 1 Network Fundamentals from Cisco in January 2010, and Human Resources from Centrul de Formare Profesională Piatra Neamț in 2008.
