Jenna Gray

Jenna Gray has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Sales Team Lead at Make It Cheaper, where they managed operations and developed a successful team. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as the Head of Training & Development at CONTACT CENTRES AUSTRALIA, where they created and managed the learning and development strategy for a global workforce. At Ventrica, they served as a Senior Training Officer from 2017 to 2018, leading the learning strategy for large global clients. In 2018, Jenna joined Litera as a Product Training Manager, responsible for the learning and development strategy. Jenna later became the Global Learning & Development Specialist and ERG Founder, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, Jenna holds the role of Global Senior Learning and Development Specialist & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Litera, overseeing large-scale programs and promoting a culture of inclusion and psychological safety.

Jenna Gray attended Cornell University in 2021, where they pursued a degree in Diversity and Inclusion for HR with a focus on Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies. In addition to their degree, they obtained various additional certifications, including Leadership Essentials from GP Strategies Corporation, MSP Practitioner Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn, MSP Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and several others. Their certifications range from 2015 to 2023, covering a variety of topics such as inclusive leadership, sales enablement, and communicating about culturally sensitive issues.
