With a background that includes transformative roles at Pendo.io, where they developed the Technical Account Management team into a significant revenue driver, John has demonstrated a strong focus on customer retention and operational excellence. Prior to this, John co-founded Sully’s Specialty Foods, Inc. and has held various roles at companies like Red Hat, Dude Solutions, and PepsiCo. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business Management from North Carolina State University.
