Lainey Muhlberg

Lainey Muhlberg has extensive experience in customer communications and media production. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Communications at Litera since January 2019, Lainey leads Voice of Customer programs and has transformed product lifecycle policies to better align with customer expectations. Previous roles include Customer Adoption Specialist and Business Development Representative at coool, where Lainey produced videos for artists and tracked budgets. Earlier positions include Production Assistant for NBC's "Chicago Fire," contributing to project management and process modernization, and various production internships that involved communications, social media analysis, and administrative support. Lainey is a Baylor University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Media, complemented by skills in web development and project management.
