Rachael Rekart

Rachael Rekart currently serves as the SVP and Head of Transformation at Litera since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Growth Transformation at Magnit, where significant achievements included leading the AI and Automation strategy and exceeding EBITDA targets. At Soul Machines, Rachael was Vice President of Customer Success, focusing on humanizing AI and achieving high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Rachael’s tenure at Autodesk included multiple roles where initiatives in conversational AI contributed to substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements. Rachael’s career began at EMC in program management and supply chain roles, establishing a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration and strategic operations. Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management & Marketing from Arizona State University.
