Tina Harkins

Tina Harkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tina currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Litera, starting in July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Prosperoware from 2014, where they held various positions including Director of Customer Success, Director of Solution Consultants for the Americas, Director of Solutions Consultants, and Sales and Implementation Consultant. At Prosperoware, they were responsible for managing, coaching, and developing teams, delivering technical solution support, and overseeing the profitability and success of large-scale enterprise solutions for law accounts.

Before joining Prosperoware, Tina worked at Recommind from 2012 as a Sales Engineer, where they managed pre and post-sales activities, project management, and solution delivery targeting large law firms. Tina also served as an Application Integrator at Duane Morris LLP from 2011, where they administered content management systems and provided support and troubleshooting.

Tina's experience also includes working as a Senior Technical Support Manager at Autonomy-iManage from 2007 to 2011, where they managed a team of engineers delivering technical support. Tina has also worked as a Solution Architect at Micro Strategies, Inc. from 2004 to 2007, leading consulting and enterprise software deployment projects. Prior to that, they held roles as a Technical Consultant at eSentio Technologies and a Technical Trainer at Interwoven, Inc.

Tina's career began as a Paralegal at Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP, where they worked from 1993 to 2001. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in leadership, sales engineering, project management, and technical support across the legal industry.

Tina Harkins earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics & Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between the years 1984 and 1989.
