Gretchen Jacobs Costello

Gretchen Jacobs Costello has a diverse range of work experience in the field of adult education and literacy. Gretchen started their career in 2009 as an AmeriCorps*VISTA for LiteracyCNY, where they recruited tutors and students and managed the agency's social media presence. Gretchen then worked as a tutor at The Door, assisting inner city students in GED studies and facilitating writing workshops.

In 2010, Gretchen joined CommuniTeach as an Event Coordinator, where they organized community learning opportunities and handled volunteer recruitment and advertising.
