Marjorie Bottari

Director Of Content Development at Literacy Resources

Marjorie Bottari has a diverse work experience in the education field. Marjorie started their career in 2011 as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University. In 2014, they joined Community Consolidated School District 59 as an Instructional Literacy Coach, where they served until 2017. Marjorie then became an Assistant Principal at CCSD59 from July 2017 to June 2018. In 2018, they joined Heggerty as a Literacy Consultant, and currently holds the position of Director of Professional Development since April 2022.

Marjorie Bottari earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Elmhurst University in the years 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Education - Reading and Learning Disabilities at DePaul University from 2006 to 2008. Later, they completed another Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Benedictine University from 2008 to 2010.
