James Muller, MPA

James Muller, MPA has held various roles in the public and private sectors since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Security Officer for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where their responsibilities included ground support preparation and response, emergency room access control, force de-escalation, crowd control, customer service, CCTV, security escorts, special events, front desk duties, corporate security, and public safety support. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Trinity Technology Group as an Environmental Management Coordinator, Lead Transportation Security Officer, and Transportation Security Officer. During this time, they also held roles at Extended Stay America as a Guest Services Representative, Advanced Resources as a Project Assistant, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as a Network Information Officer and Transportation Security Officer. In 2018, they began working as a Software Engineer at their own company, MullerSoftworks.com, where they actively managed projects for Don Julio's Latin Grill, Jessy's Desserts and Sweet Pastries, and California Community Advocates. In 2019, they began working at LiteSentry <> SoftSolution as an Engineering Technician and Support and Service Engineer. In 2020, they began working at California Community Advocates as an Operations Director.

James Muller, MPA has a diverse educational background. James obtained a Master of Public Administration from Sonoma State University in 2018. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies with a Business Administration minor from Sonoma State University. James also earned two Associate degrees from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2008: an Associate in Science in Administration of Justice and an Associate in Arts in Social & Behavioral Sciences. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in Children in the Justice System from Santa Rosa Junior College and a Certificate in Cisco Certification Training in CCNA in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained several professional certifications from Coursera and Cisco, including a DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer Professional Certificate (2022), a Google Project Management Professional Certificate (2022), a Google IT Support Certificate (2018), and a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) (2018).
