Kenny Grant

Kenny Grant is an experienced professional in Agile coaching, delivery, leadership, and transformation, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of WJE Consulting since August 2020. Throughout this tenure, Kenny has undertaken various significant projects, including work with Toyota Motor Europe, Yara International, Registers of Scotland, British Petroleum, and Morgan Stanley across diverse sectors such as chemicals, public services, energy, and fintech. In addition to current responsibilities at WJE Consulting, Kenny is an Associate at Lithe Transformation® since March 2023 and previously held the role of UK Agile Practice Director at UST Global from November 2018 to August 2020. Other notable past positions include Founding Partner and Transformation Services Director at Alt Delivery Ltd and Agile Coach roles at Northern Gas Networks and LexisNexis, among others.
