Rebecca McKaughan is an expert in Agile software development methodologies, principles, and practices. She is experienced in assessing programs and organizations to determine the best approach to conduct an Agile transformation and developing a roadmap for their evolutionary Agile transition. Rebecca possesses experience in providing key leadership, guidance, and Agile Coaching expertise to organizations, at the team level, program level, and enterprise portfolio level, as they make the transition to adopt Agile and improve their processes. She is experienced in creating and conducting various Agile Training sessions for all levels within an organization (i.e., team members, leaders, managers, executives, etc.).
