Michelle Looney is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Strategy at Lithia Motors, Inc. since April 2021. Previously, Michelle held significant roles at Samsung Electronics America, where talent management processes were designed, developed, and executed, and at Baylor Health Care System, where technology for performance management was developed.
